Overview

DutyMatch DDP Reconciler is operated by Radom UG. The app helps Shopify merchants reconcile import duties collected at checkout against duties and taxes billed by carriers. The app is read-only and does not change orders, fulfillments, customers, checkout, markets, tax settings, or store configuration.

Data We Process

The app processes the shop domain, Shopify OAuth/session information, order duty totals, line-item duty details, fulfillment tracking numbers, destination/origin fields available through approved read scopes, merchant-uploaded carrier invoice CSV rows for the active reconciliation run, generated report rows, export activity, and Shopify billing status.

How We Use Data

We use this data to authenticate the merchant, match carrier invoice waybills to Shopify fulfillment tracking numbers, calculate collected-vs- paid duty variance, show HS-code and country-of-origin driver rollups, generate CSV exports, operate billing through Shopify, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Storage and Retention

Shopify session data is stored securely for app authentication. Carrier invoice CSV contents are processed for the current reconciliation run and are not used to write back to Shopify. We retain operational data only as long as needed to provide and support the app, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We use Shopify APIs and infrastructure providers needed to host and operate the app. App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing.

Merchant Choices

Merchants can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin at any time. To ask about data access, correction, or deletion, contact support@konverter-pro.de.
