Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Service
DutyMatch DDP Reconciler provides a read-only Shopify duty reconciliation workflow to help merchants compare import duties collected at checkout with duties and taxes billed by carriers. The app does not provide legal, customs, tax, logistics, or accounting advice.
Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are responsible for reviewing reconciliation results, confirming carrier invoice treatment, checking customs and tax positions with qualified advisors, and deciding whether to adjust accruals, claims, refunds, or customer charges.
Estimates
All figures generated by the app are calculations based on Shopify data and merchant-uploaded carrier invoice CSV rows. Merchants should reconcile exports against carrier invoices, landed-cost settings, currencies, HS codes, and advisor guidance before relying on them.
Billing
App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing. Trial, subscription, cancellation, and charge details are shown by Shopify before a merchant approves a plan.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available and useful, but the service may change as Shopify APIs, customs data, carrier invoice formats, and app requirements evolve.
